Research Methods Matrix

A psychologist is planning to conduct a study that would examine pathological liars and the quality of their romantic relationships. You have been asked to provide the psychologist with a recommendation for which research method should be used to gather data on the pathological liars and their spouses.

Using the table below list each research method and its advantages and disadvantages for use in this study.

I have no idea what the table below is, however, I do wonder what instrument you use to identify "pathological" liars, and how the scoring matrix is for that instrument. Is there a continuum on that quality? You know there are liars clubs, and conventions, and they compete for who is the better liar.

and, finally, the measurement of "quality" of romantic relationships. One wonders what that means. I suspect there is a great gender divide on what that means. Lord knows it is a great divide after marriage on what it means.
