I'm not familiar with all of your choices. But the decision is only yours. Think about the reasons each of these characters seems real and believable to you.
Harry Potter- because his bravery is in some boys today and the way he cares about his friends also seems realistic. He also has feelings like normal human being such as frustration or happiness, and he talks like a normal person would.
Pheobe Winterbottom- because she has fears like any other girl of kidnappers or lunatics and the way she responded to her moms news wasn't what i expected but i can imagine one of my friends handling it the same way. The way Pheobe is described is also like a real person.
Mary- because i've know many little stubborn girls like her even though they probably don't discover secret gardens. I think Mary looks like an average child
Peter Parker- because he's just a normal highschool boy who is bullied. All he wants is this one girl, and I'm sure some boys have same experiences with him. He lives like a normal guy, and talks, looks, eats, ect. like a normal guy too.
Timmy Turner- because even though most boys probably don't have fairy god parents, he has troubles which he faces with them. Some kids also have mean babysitters and are only children but he like any other boy enjoys video games and hanging with friends
