4 x - 1 y = -3
1 x - 1 y = -2
-------------- subtract
3 x - 0 y = -1
x = -1/3
then y = 4 (-1/3) + 3
y = -4/3 + 9/3
y = 5/3
so (-1/3 , 5/3)
check
4(-1/3) + 3 = -4/3+9/3 = 5/3 right
-1/3 = 5/3 - 2
-1/3 = 5/3 -6/3 right
