Look closely at "Siga" from the verb "seguir." That is the Present Subjunctive form here as a direct command. You need a direct formal command as well.
a. the verb is indicar = wrong tense
b. ponerwe = an infinitive does not work
c. the verb is doblar and this IS the answer.
d. again, an infinitive does not work.
