Flamenco can be further divided into four more categories; Flamenco singers, Flamenco dancers, Flamenco guitarists and Flamenco Bands.

Should there be something else in place of the semi-colon? What I mean is, is there something better I can put there. I`m not quite sure when a semi-colon is used in a sentance but I felt as though a comma didn't quite work so I place a semi-colon. If i`m wrong could you please correct me.

You may use either a colon or a dash. When you are going to make a list, a colon is exactly right.
