dependent variable is what you dont know b4 the experiment and independent is what you know b4 the experiment.
so
dependent variable is the time....
and
independent variable is the measure of its temperature for ever 2 mins....
and I would prolly use a line graph to show the data.....! just cuz its clear to see the time vs temperature graph.....!
