Homework Help: question please help

I've tried to answer this question, but I don't know if its right.

Identify cultural influences on foods eaten in the province of P.E.I.

Potatoes raised in PEI show the influence of the Irish who settled in the region.

..thats all I got but I need more info on it. please help, thanks!

Well I've been there and I sure did enjoy the seafood. That's not really ethnic influence, but they catch a lot of fish and lobster there. Agriculture is being phased out there as more and more farms are subdivided for second home lots. Sorry I cannot be of more help.
