    For number three I would put it in the proportion 1kg/?=2.2lb/2.5lbs. You would then do 2.5 lbs times 1 kg= 2.5lbs(kg), then divide by 2.2lbs to get about 1.14 kg.

    I'm sorry, but the answer is not C or D, because a parallel line would have the same slope, which is 2. You are probably thinking of a perpendicular line, which would have a slope of -1/2. Try A or B.Hopefully you get it!

    I believe that you are correct. a is the answer because c and d occurred as part of the revolution, and they did not want to join the U.S. it's just that they needed military and economic help, and a major chunk of their population was american immigrants.
