    = 2z(3z+√5)/(z-√3)
    You can massage that as you like.

    A = LW

    (2L)(W) = 2LW = 2A

    same for 2W

    (2L)(2W) = 4(LW) = 4A

    (L^2)(W^2) = (LW)^2 = A^2
