I don't know what terms are suppose to be conbine with each other or find the lcd in this problem.

(3b-2)/(b+1)=4-(b+2)/(b-1)

(3b-2)(b-1) = 4(b^2-1) - (b+2)(b+1)

expand and simplify to solve,
I got b=4
