simplify each of the following expressions into simplest terms.

(x^3 + 4x^2y + 2xy - 6y^2) / (x+ 2y)

A long division shows that we have

x^2+2xy-4y^2+2y + 4y^2(2y-1)/(x+2y)

Not sure there's any nice way to simplify it.
