Jack has a mixed fruit pie.
There is a variety of fruits (17,3,28,4,89,67,2), how many times will Jack have to stick in his thumb before he is sure to pull out two pieces of the same kind of fruit?
There are seven different kinds of fruits. To be sure of picking the same kind a second time, Jack has to pick 7 + 1 times.
