1) in case of loyalty, they were granted additional benefits (is it natural, I mean "in case", maybe "in the case"?)
2)it proved enough for the increase of influence of the nobility and for depriving the peasants of their rights (maybe, the deprivation of?)

depriving is a verb form , you need an object for the preposition, a noun, so you need a noun: deprivation.
