  1. I took my pulse while resting, walking in place, and running in place. Each for 30sec. My resting heartrate was 76, 68, and 70. With an average of about 71, then my walking in place heartrate was, 112, 106, and 109 with an average of 110bpm. Then last I ran in place for 30sec, my heartrate the three different times were 128, 122, and 126, with an average of about 125. After about 5 min I took my pulse after running in place it was at 72bpm. almost back to my resting pulse. My pulse goes up as I exercise faster. It goes back to normal faster when i walk in place, then if i run in place.
