Create an action plan to help someone who is being bullied.

A: An action plan in which would help someone who is being bullied involves several actions. This person should tell as trusted adult, ask for help from friends, teachers, or parents, be assertive, avoid bullies or anyone who are disrespectful or threatening, and respect himself?

To help a person who is being bullied, I would create an action plan of telling a trusted adult and seeking help from friends, teachers, or parents.

If you were one of his friends, what would YOU do?

Does this question ask of what I would do to help a person who is being bullied?

I am confused.

It asks what action plan you'd use to help a person who is being bullied.

OK.

You wouldn't confront the bully? You wouldn't try to keep your friend away from the bully?

An action plan does not include creating the action plan! That's redundant!!

What steps would you take?

Yes, I would.

Correction: To help a person who is being bullied, I would create an action plan of telling a trusted adult and seeking help from friends, teachers, or parents. I would also assertively confront the bully and try to keep this person as far away as possible from the bully?

You have copied the steps from the assignment. Now you need to add details.

Who are these trusted adults?
Who will you tell what's happening to your friend?

When you "seek help," what does that mean exactly? What will you DO?

What does "assertively confront the bully" mean to you? What actions do you need to take for this purpose?

The last step is OK, but it would be better if you could state HOW you plan to keep him/her away from the bully.

Much of this depends on how the bullying is taking place. Steps are different based on where the bullying is coming from.
