ok if your 13 and your friend is 12 can you both still get into a pg13 movie???

My experience is that anyone can get into a PG-13 movie. PG 13 means parental guidance is needed for those under 13. I believe the theaters expect the parents to decide who can see these movies. But -- to be on the safe side, please check with the parents of your 12-year-old friend to be sure they approve of their child seeing a PG-13 movie.

Stranger Things is PG-13.

The people that watch Stranger Things are usually... 9,10,11 or under 9.
So I think some PG-13 show/movies/etcs are appropriate to watch.

To determine if both a 13-year-old and a 12-year-old can get into a PG-13 movie, it is important to understand the guidelines set by the Motion Picture Association (MPA). The MPA rates movies based on their content and age appropriateness.

According to the MPA, a PG-13 rating means that some material in the movie may be inappropriate for children under 13. Parental guidance is recommended, but it is not strictly enforced. This means that individuals under 13 are allowed to watch PG-13 movies, but it is up to their parents or guardians to decide if it is suitable for them.

In the case of a 13-year-old and a 12-year-old wanting to see a PG-13 movie together, it would ultimately come down to the decision of their respective parents or guardians. Theoretically, both could attend the movie if their parents or guardians agree that it is appropriate for them. However, it's a good idea to check with your friend's parents to ensure they are comfortable with their child watching a movie with a PG-13 rating.

It's important to prioritize open communication with parents or guardians regarding movie permissions, as they are responsible for determining what is suitable for their children based on their individual values and maturity levels.
