To find approximate dates for the height of power for the Athenians, Alexander's empire, and the Roman Empire, you can follow these steps:

1. Height of Athenians Power:
- The Athenian Empire reached its height during the period known as the Golden Age of Athens. This was led by Pericles and is commonly considered to have started around 461 BC.
- The Golden Age of Athens lasted until around 404 BC, when Athens lost the Peloponnesian War against Sparta. So you can estimate the height of Athenian power to be roughly between 461 BC and 404 BC.

2. Height of Alexander's Empire:
- Alexander the Great, the Macedonian conqueror, established one of the largest empires in history.
- His empire began with the overthrow of the Persian Empire after the Battle of Gaugamela in 331 BC and continued until his death in 323 BC.
- Although Alexander's empire began to decline after his death, you can estimate the height of its power to be between 331 BC and 323 BC.

3. Height of the Roman Empire:
- The Roman Empire went through different phases, so pinpointing an exact date for its height is challenging.
- You mentioned a range of 750-133, which seems to refer to the duration of the Byzantine Empire, sometimes called the Eastern Roman Empire.
- However, the Western Roman Empire is traditionally considered to have reached its height during the reign of Emperor Trajan, from 98 AD to 117 AD.
- The Byzantine Empire, on the other hand, reached its height under Justinian I in the 6th century AD.
- To study for your test, you can focus on learning about the major achievements and significant periods of both the Western and Byzantine Roman Empire.

These dates are approximate and may vary slightly based on different historical interpretations.
