my answer is none of above,
is - 1/3,
I didn't know I done it wrong or the question is not correct

  1. 5x+10y +15z-15x+10y-5z+5x-10y-5z
    = -5x+10y+5z
    = -5(x-2y-z)

    (5x+10y+15z)-(15x+10y-5z)+(5x-10y-5z)
    = -5(x+2y-3z)

    Looks like (d) to me
