    Fe2O3 + C -> Fe + CO2

    Now, we have 3 oxygens and we need 6:

    2Fe2O3 + C -> 2Fe + 3CO2

    Now we need to balance the carbons:

    2Fe2O3 + 3C -> 2Fe + 3CO2

    Looks like 3 moles of C for 2 moles of Fe2O3. Just figure out how many moles you have and multiply by 3/2.
