FALSE ( I believe this is false because it should be in a marketers mind...am I correct?)

3. Once marketers learn how to oemetrate foreign markets and their distribution systems, all of them become challenging jobs?

TRUE

I believe that # 2 is true. It's asking about what is in the consumer's mind. The fine line may ALSO be in the marketer's mind -- but the question asks about the consumers.

I agree with your other two answers.
