What are the names of the faces of a pyramid?

What are the names? As in what shape? Perhaps the Lateral Area? I'm not sure... the question seems unclear to me.

It seems like they would be called lateral faces.

The faces of a pyramid are named based on their shape and position. The four faces of a regular pyramid are typically referred to as follows:

1. Base: This is the bottom face of the pyramid. It is usually a polygon with n sides (n depends on the type of pyramid - triangular, square, pentagonal, etc.), and it forms the foundation of the pyramid.

2. Front: This is the face directly opposite to the base. It is usually a triangular face that connects the apex (top) of the pyramid to the base.

3. Back: This is the face opposite to the front face. It is also a triangular face that connects the apex to the base but runs in the opposite direction.

4. Side: These are the remaining two faces, one on each side of the pyramid. They are usually quadrilateral faces that connect the apex to the base, forming triangular side faces with the front and back faces.

It's worth noting that the names of the faces may vary slightly depending on the context or the type of pyramid being referred to.
