Hello everyone. I recently had to write a short essay for spanish for my quaterly project. I was wondering if anyone could check it over for me and point me out to any corrections I need to make. It'd be greatly appreciated for your help. Below is my spanish version and the english version below it so you know what I meant.

One mascot that comes to mind is Wally. Wally is a green monster for the baseball team the Boston Redsox. Mostly all baseball teams have mascots, and baseball is a popular sport in Spanish countries, especially in Latin America and the Dominican Republic.
Another sport with many mascots is college football. There are many college football teams and they all have mascots. Mascots originate from the name of the team, and many originate from animals. Animals are used in names of football teams because there are so many of them and there are many college teams. Some include the Boston College Eagles, the California Golden Bears, and many more.
Some mascots have games. The mascots for the Milwaukee Brewers have races around the baseball field. Sometimes mascots can get violent. Mascots get spectators excited and prepared for the game. Mascots are important for sports!
