    If you do not count 4 itself then

    Oh my gosh! Thank you so much. I kept comimg up with 6/25 too, but I knew it wasn't one of the options. It didn't occur to me that 4 might not be included. I really appreciate you pointing tha tout to me. It seems so simple, but I just couldn't get it.
