My question is how did World War I end? I am wondering if I answered it correctly and if I need to cover more information.

*As the Allies were dominating, the Central Power was getting weaker. On October 30, 1918 Turkey signed the armistice, a short-term contract to end the war, November 3, 1918 Austria Hungary signed it also, and finally on November 11, 1918 Germany signs it. The war ended once the Central Power gave up. The Allies won! On January 8, 1918, President Woodrow Wilson presents to Congress his 14 points as a pathway to peace. The last point on the 14 points was called the League of Nation it was an organization of countries working together to protect peace and avoiding upcoming conflict. The war officially ended the war with the Treaty of Versailles. This treaty was signed in Palace of Versailles, and was passed on June 28, 1919. This peace treaty legally ended the conflict in World War I .

The sentence the allies won...I am not certain how anyone came out a winner in that war. The sentence about in January Wilson had presented his fourteen points...remember that France, and England were not keen on those points, and in fact, the signed armistice was not based on that. I would delete it. The war encompassed several countries, as I recall, the Treaty of Versailles was the end of the War with Germany, but others quit earlier, and other treaties and understandings had ended the fighting.

One of the things you may want to mention on the end of the war was what was learned? Wars ending ought to signify something. On the Treaty of Versailles, did it end the conflict, or start a new war?
