How do I fing this in the order of operations?
1 answer
According to order of operations, you have to multiply/divide first. Because multiplying comes before dividing in this problem, you multiply 5x9 to get 45. You now divide. 45/56 is rounded to about .80, and you add 5 to that to get 5.80
