1/40 * 120 = 120/40 = 3 tons

I am a fith grade student and I am having problems with this question can somebody help me?😱😩

3 tons or 6000 lbs

The answer is really 6000 because it is asking you in pounds.it would be 3 tons but you have to change it to pounds

6,000 lb cause you will have to divide 120 and 40 to get 3 and 3 tons equal 6,000 pounds

there are 36 inches in 1 yard
