Ahh -- I see now.

P = 2L + 2W

P = (2 * 8) + (2 * 6)

P = 16 + 12

P = 28 feet

28 * 0.85 = $23.80

Ahh -- I see now.

the dimensions are 8x6. if you multiply the cost $.085 times 48 you get $40.80.
