When you make an outline format, do you make spaces in between each topic. For example:

A.topic
a.detail
b.detail
i.detail of a detail
i.detail of a detail
DOES A SPACE GO IN BETWEEN THESE TWO TOPICS?
B.topic.......and so on.

No a space does not go you ident each time a little further as you go on

Ok,so no space. thanks.

Ur welcome

yes

When creating an outline in a traditional format, you typically do not leave spaces in between each topic. The purpose of an outline is to organize information hierarchically, with each topic and subtopic indented accordingly. In your example, the outline would look like this:

A. Topic
a. Detail
b. Detail
i. Detail of a detail
ii. Detail of a detail
B. Topic

As you can see, there is no need to include spaces between the topics. The indentation and different levels of subtopics are usually sufficient for clear organization. However, remember that formatting preferences can vary, so if you are following a specific style guide or instruction, it's always best to adhere to that.
