how do I do 2(3g+2)=1/2(12g+8) ? is it possible?

no it isn't possible because you do the distributive property and get 6g+4=6g+8

no matter what g equals 6g+8 will always be greater

if you have any more let me know I will continue to post my questions so keep an eye out o.0

2(3g+2)=1/2(12g+8). 6g+4=6g+4. 6g-6g=4-4. 0=0. 😜

To solve the equation 2(3g+2) = 1/2(12g+8), you can follow these steps:

1. Distribute the 2 to the terms inside the parentheses on the left-hand side and the 1/2 to the terms inside the parentheses on the right-hand side:
6g + 4 = 6g + 4

2. Simplify both sides of the equation by combining like terms:
6g + 4 - 6g - 4 = 0

Both sides of the equation cancel each other out, resulting in 0 = 0.

Since the equation simplifies to 0 = 0, this means that the equation is true for all values of g. So, the original equation 2(3g+2) = 1/2(12g+8) is possible for all values of g.
