wrote the names for the following compounds

Li3N i puit Lithium Nitride
FeS i put ion Sulfide
KCI i put Potassium Chloride
CoSO4 i put Cobalt Sulfide
SrBr2 i put Strotium bromide
NCI3 i put Nitrogen trichloride
Ga2O3 i put Galium Trioxide
and H3PO3 i put Phosporus acid

all of the are correct except for

CoSO4 is cobalt sulfate (SO4 is a Polyatomic ion

Li3N i puit Lithium Nitride OK

FeS i put ion Sulfide iron(II) sulfide
KCI i put Potassium Chloride OK if you intend KCl
CoSO4 i put Cobalt Sulfide cobalt(II) sulfate
SrBr2 i put Strotium bromide OK
NCI3 i put Nitrogen trichlorideOK if you intend this to be NCl3. That is not a small i as in eye. It is a lower case l (as in ell)
Ga2O3 i put Galium Trioxide I think most profs would count that correct but digallium trioxide would be better
and H3PO3 i put Phosporus acid No, this is phosphoric acid

Great job on naming the compounds! However, there are a few corrections needed.

The correct name for CoSO4 is Cobalt(II) sulfate.
The correct name for SrBr2 is Strontium bromide.
The correct name for NCl3 is Nitrogen trichloride.
The correct name for Ga2O3 is Gallium(III) oxide.
The correct name for H3PO3 is Phosphorous acid.
