the work i got from my math teacher says

Determine the surface area of each right rectangular prism to the nearest square unit.
Any Help with that?....

A "right rectangular prism" is just a fancy mathematical name for an ordinary standard box with a certain length, width and height.

the surface area would consist of the 6 faces.
If the sides are all the same, you have a "cube"
if the sides are all different, you have 3 pairs of equal faces
e.g. for sides of 5 , 6, and 7
surface area = 2(5x6) + 2(5x7) + 2(6x7)
= 60 + 70 + 84 = 214
