What is 2x=7?
Is it a standard form, or slopeintercept form, or not a linear equation? Can you explain what a standard form and a slopeintercept form is PLEASE!?
The standard form for a straight line is
y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept. Therefore, an equation, such as
y=15+4x can be rearranged to
y=4x+15. The slope is 4 and the y intercept is 15.
