  1. parallel to y =7 is a horizontal line
    y = 0x + 5
    or y = 5

    complete the square a couple of times

    x^2 + 16 x = -y^2 + 18 y - 120

    x^2 + 16 x + 64 = -y^2 + 18 y - -56

    (x+8)^2 + y^2 - 18 y = -56

    (x+8)^2 + y^2 - 18 y + 81 = 25

    (x+8)^2 + (y-9)^2 = 5^2
    center at (-8,9) radius 5 etc
