1.Can a solution ever have a pH=0?

2.What does pH = 0 suggest about the concentration of the acid?
3.Can the pH ever be negative?
4.What is the significance of a negative pH in a solution? pls need help we didn't cover this in lecture yet.

These question deserve more than a sentence or two but here goes.

1. Yes, a pH of zero is possible.
2. If pH = 0 then (H^+) = 1.0 M; i.e.,
pH = -log(H^+)
0 = -log(H^+)
3. Yes, pH can be negative.
4. Say pH = -1. Then -1 = -log(H^+) and
1 = log(H^+) so (H^+) = 10M
Frankly, the 10 M doesn't mean much to me except to say that it is a concentrated solution. The problem with concentrated solution is ion interactions. Read up on the Debye-Huckel theory.
