The question I have is about chesapeake bay and massy bisects bay. It is basically to see if demographic and economic changes have moved the Chesapeake bay and Massachusetts bay colonies closer together or further apart?
Is "massy bisects bay" the same as "Massachusetts bay"?
The fact that they had different major economic products and attitudes to slavery kept them apart. The desire to secede brought them together, but achieving agreement on the Constitution was difficult.
