(Are both right?)

3. Mom will give me turky sandwiches for lunch during the next two weeks.
(Can we substitute 'during' for' for'?)

1 and 3 are right. 2 is not used.

Yes, 1 and 2-1 mean the same thing. The smoother sentence is #1, though.
