yo I know this is 8 years ago but heres the answers for Lesson 8 Applications of Proportions Unit Test. Algebra Readiness Unit 6

1. 3:1

2. r= 2.14

3. 37.5 inches

4. 37.21

5. 6.3 gallons/month

6. $144.04

7. 30 in

8. 15 ft

9. 112 ft

10. 336 m^2

11. scale factor 3; enlargment

12. 1/3

13. 24 ft x 21 ft

14. 2 in x 2 in

15. 31.25 miles

16. 8 ft

17.
10 + 6=16 10/16 = 6/16
10 × 112 = 1120 ÷ 16 = 70
6 × 112 ÷ 16 = 42

18.
× all by scale factor 2 answer:
V(12,4) W(-4,8) X(-6,-4) Y(6,-10)

19.
---

20.
4/6 = 14/21

This will get you 70/42
18- V(12,4) W(-4,8) X(-6,-4) Y(6,-10)
19- if they were similar then v to w is 5 and r to s is 10 then if there similar w to x must be half of s to t it is not, it is square 5 times
20- 4/16=14/21 final 4+21=6*14 Hopefully 17-20 is right for you guys
