Please help - Ratio word problem

Marc took 3 hours(h)to mow a lawn while Angelina took 150 minutes (min) to mow the same lawn a week earlier. Write the ratio of Marc's time to Angelina's time as a ratio of whole numbers.

You need to convert either hours to minutes OR minutes to hours. In this case, it will easier to convert you minutes to hours, but that will give you a decimal so we will change Marc to minutes (so multiply 3 x 60). You must then reduce to lowest terms to get you answer. Be sure you put

Marc's time:Angelina's time

Is this correct

3(h) x 60 = 180
150 x 1 = 150
30/50 = 3/5

Can you check this problem for me

The ratio of 5 3/5 to 2 1/10
28/5 x 10/21 = 280/105 =2 2/3 to 1

or
56/10 21/10 = 56:21

Which is correct?

This would be correct if you had the numbers reduced accurately and then put the resulting numbers in the right order:

Marc:Angelina
180:150
60:50
6:5

Right?

Yes

i don't know how to do probility AT ALL that much and deos outcome mean to replace the new number?-EXZAMPLE-

you have 6 t-shirts and you take 2 red ones and 1 blue.
now you have 2,6th and (do you replace the blue on this one>????) 1,5th or does it just stay the same?!

First, if you have a question, it is much better to put it in as a separate post in <Post a New Question> rather than attaching it to a previous question, where is more likely to be overlooked.

If you are picking several objects from a group of objects, replacing the object means that you put it back into the group, so there is a probability that it could be picked again. Without replacement means that the object cannot be picked again and the number of objects in the group is reduced by one for the next pick probability.

Example: 4 red balls and 6 blue balls. Probability of picking 2 blue balls.

With replacement, 6/10 * 6/10 = 36/100 = .36

Without replacement, 6/10 * 5/9 = 30/90 = .33

I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
