when you were heating milk on the stoven you accidentally spilled some milk on the burner . what color would you see ? why would you see that color?

My answer :
Intense yellow . because milk has sodium , sodium is intense yellow .
is this right ?

I don't think the burner is hot enough to vaporize to produce the yellow color and even if it did I would expect to see other colors than that due to sodium. I think the milk, which contains lactose, a carbohydrate, would carbonize and turn black.
