  1. If we write calcium nortonate as CaNtO4 then potassium nortonate would be K2NtO4.
    Fraction Nt in CaNtO4 = [Nt/(Ca+Nt+4*O)] = 0.54698. Substituting atomic masses we have [x/(40.08+x+64)] = 0.54698. Note that since the answer is to be to 4 s.f. you should confirm these atomic masses and use the more accurate one. The idea is to determine the atomic mass of x = Nt.
    Now you can determine the molar mass of K2NtO4. %K = (2*atomic mass K/molar mass K2NtO4)]*100 = ?
