Hello :) so basically my homework is about The Rise of African Civilization. It's Easy but I've looked everywhere in my textbook and can't seem to find it, so I'm going to write it out exactly why it says on my paper...

How did the kingdoms in the rain forest differ from savana kingdoms?

a. Savanna Kingdoms

B. Rain forest kingdoms

...and under the a and b we have to write our answer.

Maybe you could write something about the climate? Because kingdoms in the rain forest are more moist than the savanna kingdoms which are dry.

I didn't find much on line. You may get some information from this article.

Thank you! :)

You're welcome.

I hope you found this information in your book.

Hello! I'd be happy to help you with your question about the kingdoms in African civilization. To find the answer, it's important to gather information from reliable sources other than your textbook. Here's a step-by-step approach on how to do that:

1. Start with an Internet search: Search for keywords like "African civilization kingdoms in the rainforest" and "African civilization kingdoms in the savanna." This will give you a broader understanding of the topic and help you find relevant information.

2. Look for credible websites: Focus on educational websites, scholarly articles, or reputable sources like encyclopedias or museums. Avoid sources that may not be backed by factual evidence.

3. Compare and contrast the kingdoms: Once you have gathered information about both savanna kingdoms and rainforest kingdoms, compare and contrast their characteristics, governance systems, economic activities, cultural practices, and any other relevant aspects. Look for similarities and differences between the two types of kingdoms.

4. Organize your findings: Take notes of the key points you gather from each aspect of the kingdoms. This will help you structure your answer and ensure you cover the necessary details.

Based on these steps, I unfortunately cannot provide a direct answer as I don't have access to your textbook or other materials. However, I can provide you with a general understanding of the topic.

Savanna kingdoms in Africa were often known for their expansive lands, trade networks, and large-scale agriculture. They commonly engaged in trade with other kingdoms, relied heavily on farming and livestock, and developed complex social and political structures.

On the other hand, rainforest kingdoms in Africa had different geographic characteristics that influenced their way of life. They thrived within the dense forests and relied on diverse resources such as timber, palm oil, and exotic goods. These kingdoms often had smaller populations compared to savanna kingdoms but were known for their intricate art forms, unique religious practices, and trade relationships with other regions.

Remember, it's important to use the information you find to craft your own answer based on your research. Good luck with your homework!
