Theory Construction
Data collection
Data Analysis.
I have the topic I want to use, but I don't know how I am to begin. Can anyone help me with the steps?

You begin by researching.

After you've taken lots of notes and documented your sources, make an outline.

Next, write the body of your paper.

Then (and only then) write the introduction, including your thesis statement.

Finally write your conclusion.

The last step is to reread and proofread and edit.
