You have done a good job with traditional HRP aims. You can include important aspects of HRP.

Traditional HRP includes the above. A more modernistic view of HRP looks beyond measurable skill sets, but looks to motivational sets. It (IMO) does little good to plan for skill sets if you do not plan for having a motivated workforce. That means, you have to look to side lines (child care, education, advancement, family, community) to include "whole" persons, not just a skill. I fully understand HRP seldom encompasses these, as they are less defined, and are more difficult to transcribe to actions. But my view that is that the work of leadership is to develope these "whole" persons. A very wise person said to me once, if one wants success, surround yourself with multitalented people, work on making them happy, and focused on doing things right. This is very askew to planning for "skill sets".

Without thinking big, one will never achieve it.
