I don't get these problems at all and i have to turn 22 questions in on this tomorrow PLEASE HELP!!! 6x+2=x-1 and 2(x-1/2)=4(x+1/4)
1. 6x + 2 = x - 1
6x - x = -1 -2
5x = -3
X = -3/5 = -3/5.
2. 2(x-1/2) = 4(x+1/4)
2x - 1 = 4x + 1
2x - 4x = 1 + 1
-2x = 2
X = -1.
