1. We can't draw graphs here. It is just a matter of calculating and plotting the (x,y) numbers from x=-5 to x = +10

I assume you know how to take the derivatives that are requested.
In this case,
f'(x) = 3x^2 -8x -2
f"(x) = 6x - 8

They want you to plot those curves also. The last one is a straight line.
