so what is your question?

why do you open a memo by saying " I am sending this memo"?

Why not get to the point: We have received confirmation....

I would have added a telephone number for Deb walker, email is slow when one is in a hurry.

Double-check ALL spelling.

Delete "I am sending this memo to let you know" -- it's obvious and unnecessary.

comma after 2012

other commas needed - did you review that link I sent you before?

Fix the one run-on.

"she specializes in sexual harrasement and unlawful discrimination in the workplace" <~~this wording implies that she commits sexual harassment and unlawful discrimination... !!

space needed between 11 and am

I'm all over it now Thanks guys !!!!!!! :) repost tomorrow !

To draft an interoffice memorandum, follow these steps:

1. Start with the heading: Begin by typing the heading at the top of the page. Include the name of your organization followed by "Interoffice Memo". Underneath the heading, write the "TO" line, which includes the recipient's name and position within the organization. Then, write the "FROM" line, which includes your name and position within the organization. Finally, include the "DATE" line with the current date. This will help ensure that the memo is properly addressed and dated.

2. Write a clear and concise subject line: The subject line should briefly summarize the topic of the memo. In this case, the subject line could be "Sexual Harassment and Unlawful Discrimination in the Workplace Seminar".

3. Begin the body of the memo: Start the memo with a brief introduction, addressing the recipient by name (e.g., Miriam Hopkins, Director of Human Resources). This introduction should provide the necessary context for the information you are about to convey.

4. Provide details and explanations: In this section, you will outline the arrangements you have made for the seminar. Assume that you have received confirmation from Jeremy Dittmer regarding the date, time, and materials needed. Mention that the seminar has been scheduled for September 14, 2012, at 10 am. State that the room has been reserved for 20 supervisors, and specify that they need to bring pens, pencils, and notebooks for note-taking. Mention that Deb Walker has been assigned as the trainer and provide her contact information (e.g., email address).

5. Include additional details: Invent any additional details that will assure Miriam Hopkins that you have covered all the necessary arrangements. For example, mention that the hospital cafeteria has been scheduled to deliver refreshments at 11 am. Also, state that all materials needed for the seminar, such as a projection machine, pamphlets, and emergency call center numbers, will be provided by the trainer.

6. Offer further assistance: Finally, conclude the memo by letting Miriam Hopkins know that if she has any further questions or concerns, she can contact you directly or reach out to Deb Walker via email.

7. Sign off: Include your name and initials at the end of the memo to indicate that you wrote it.

Remember, when drafting a memo, it is important to provide clear and concise information while ensuring all necessary details are included. Proofread the memo before sending it to ensure there are no errors or omissions.
