1)Speaker 4 has had lots of interviews lately. He was getting a bit blasé by the time he had my last interview. What he hadn't planned though was he had to park his car and put money in a meter for the parking space.
2) As he didn’t have any change, it took him quite a lot to find a cafè where he could get the right coins. So he ended up flying through the door of the interview place about five minutes too late.
3) It was really hard for him to regain his self-composure. He is not going to do that again!

Not having any change on him, he had to spend a considerable amount of time searching for a café where he could obtain the necessary coins. Consequently, he arrived at the interview location about five minutes behind schedule, rushing through the door.
Having been in such a hurry, it was challenging for him to regain his composure. He has learned from that experience and has no intention of repeating it in the future.
