For 0.06697mol / 0.1kg = 0.6697 mol/kg does my answer have the correct amount of sig figs?
Same for 0.1004mol / 0.1kg = 1.004mol/kg ?

Not if you're plugging in 0.1kg. But you said mL was 100 (perhaps that was 100.0). So kg would b e 0.l00 at least and perhaps more.
