Here is the part on evaluation + presentation of the German school.

Thank you.

1) Presentation of ….. Gymnasium
Limes Gymnasium is for the first time involved in a COMENIUS-Project. This
project might open the school and its community to a deeper European
engagement.
2) The aim of "Learning from each other and getting closer to each other" by
studying one single field of study (local waterways) is to enable the
students to improve or increase not only their skills in science, but their
professional and personal skills as well as their self-confidence and
motivation to act in a European context.
Each school contributes through its specific strengths, which makes very
single school benefit from its partners' strengths. The schools are supposed to permanently get closer to each other by networking and leading other projects.
3) The fact that we could win a member of the European Parliament as our
partner and that we will hand out a certificate to each pupil at the end of
the project is supposed to guarantee the project's lasting effects.
4)EVALUATION ( F 5)
Monitoring and evaluation will take place during the whole project period.
Monitoring in order to identify opportunities and threats will be based on SWOT analysis. During the first meeting from 1th to 5th October 2012, one task for both teachers and pupils will be to put together the framework of evaluation. This will be achieved by modifying and adapting mice-t or
probenet instruments to the necessities of the project.
5) External evaluation: …….Gymnasium will be evaluated as scheduled by the
school administration of Baden-Württemberg in 2013 or 2014. The school will submit the project to the commission for an appreciation.
Internal evaluation: There will be a questionnaire to determine the status
quo before the beginning of the project.
6) The following items will be
assessed: the attitude towards the European Union and the disposition to
mobility, the knowledge of English and ICT.
7) Furthermore, the questionnaire is supposed to give insight into the expectations and then satisfaction of pupils and teachers. The various stages of the evaluation are supposed to make the evaluations comparable and transparent. After every working period, the experiences and development in the afore mentioned areas will be again evaluated, analyzed and allocated to the results of monitoring in order to prevent or to solve problems.
8) Besides, the participants will be able to discuss in a forum on e-twinning. The documentation of monitoring and the evaluation will be available online.

("branching out into" might be a good substitute for "leading")
