I don't know what all of the numbers mean since spacing is a problem here but I think what you want to do is to plot moles Na2CO3 used vs moles CO2 produced and see if you obtain a linear plot. If the mL you show is mL CO2, I would assume that also includes H2O so I would correct volume CO2 to make it dry CO2 an correct for pressure to make it moles dry CO2 at STP
